The teachers:
Lee Parore works as a fitness trainer with an emphasis on strengthening the body and performance from the inside out. He is a trainer for boxer David Tua and Jonah Lomu and a BodyBalance teacher for Les Mills International. Lee has a passion for the martial and healing arts, is a naturopath, international fitness and wellness presenter and author of Power Posture and Fearless Spirit, Joyous Heart.
Sol Petersen is an innovator in the field of mindbody health and wellness. An Adaptive Physical Education teacher, an Aston Movement Coach, Tai Ji teacher, Structural Integration trainer and Psychotherapist, he has been teaching integrative methods of personal empowerment in New Zealand and internationally for over 30 years. Sol is also a co-founder of Mana Retreat Centre in Coromandel.
